Kaya Mail Orders

We pack orders in sturdy cardboard to protect the delicate bud and edibles from postal damage. We pride ourselves in shipping every package as if it were a gift. If you have any special requests, contact us and we’ll do our best to make your request a reality.

· Free nationwide shipping for all Xpress Post orders over $200.

Mail-Order Shipping Policy:

· $15 Xpress Post for Regional provinces* (2-3 business days)

*Includes British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon Territory

· $20 Xpress Post for National provinces* (2-3 business days)

*Includes Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island

· $40 Priority Post Canada-wide* (1-2 business days)

*Rural areas may not be eligible for Priority Post due to Canada Post delivery times. Check with your local post office to learn more.

**Due to the premium expense of the service, Kaya’s free shipping offer does not apply to Priority Post.

Damaged Shipments

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear due to postal handling. However, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately, Monday through Friday, 11AM to 9PM Pacific Time Zone. Please provide your order number and postal tracking number, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items in case further information or photos are required.

Returns and Refunds

Kaya ships perishable products, including foodstuffs, and thus cannot accept returns or exchanges. Due to variations in user habits, tolerance and storage methods, Kaya does not offer refunds except in the case of defective merchandise from manufacturers or items damaged in shipping (see above). However, if you are not satisfied with a Kaya product or have any quality concerns about a purchased item, please contact us and we’ll try our best to satisfy.
